Once we arrive, we get our first look at the enormous twin structures hidden among the trees. The mansion is known for its distinctive architectural design, consisting of two similar buildings connected by a large passage or bridge. The scale of the property immediately becomes apparent as we explore its exterior and main entrance.
Inside the mansion, we discover large rooms, wide hallways, high ceilings, old furniture, cabinets, bathrooms, decorative flooring, chandeliers, ceiling fans, picture frames, balconies, terraces, and other architectural details that provide a glimpse into the building’s former grandeur. Although parts of the structure have deteriorated over time, many features remain remarkably recognizable.
One of the most interesting moments of our exploration happens when we discover what appears to be a hidden or secret passage behind a large cabinet. The narrow passage seems to lead downward, raising questions about where it goes and how it was originally used. We investigate the area while continuing to explore the mansion’s many rooms and corridors.
The second floor reveals even more details, including multiple bedrooms, large bathrooms, balconies, old carpets, wooden railings, decorative walls, picture frames, and expansive views of the surrounding landscape. From the terraces, we can see the lush vegetation surrounding the property and parts of the Laguna and Tagaytay landscape.
We also explore areas that appear to have been used as kitchens, service areas, electrical rooms, guest rooms, and possibly larger gathering or ballroom spaces. The enormous cabinets, thick walls, wooden flooring, high ceilings, and elaborate decorative elements give an impression of how grand the property once was.
Throughout the exploration, we focus primarily on the history, architecture, and condition of the mansion, rather than presenting it simply as a haunted location. While the abandoned atmosphere can certainly feel eerie, we approach the site from a historical and exploration perspective.
The video also discusses the mansion’s connection with the Marcos family and the historical events surrounding the property. According to historical accounts referenced in the video, the mansion was completed around 1979 and became associated with former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos and his family.
